Court Rejects Insolvency Request Of Energy Holding CE Hunedoara

The Alba Iulia Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected the request for opening the general insolvency procedure for state-run energy holding Complexul Energetic Hunedoara (CEH), which had been filed by the company’s management and by creditors.
