South-eastern Romania is full to the brim with wind power projects, some of them already functional and some in various stages of approval, with wind farm investors now targeting Moldavia, as shows a map put together by Transelectrica, the operator of the national power grid, which contains the transmission networks and the wind farms as of March 31, 2012.
