E.ON Romania Buys Minority Stakes In Local Units For EUR31.5M

E.ON Romania, a unit of Germany’s utility E.ON, has paid the Romanian government EUR31.5 million for a batch of shares in its local units E.ON Energie Romania and E.ON Moldova Distributie, the German company said in a statement Tuesday.
