E.ON Romania Rejects Fondul Proprietatea’s Accusations, Says Consulting Contracts Perfectly Legal

E.ON Romania firmly rejected Monday the accusations made by Franklin Templeton, administrator of Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), arguing there is no conflict of interests or breach of corporate governance principles and the consulting agreements in question are perfectly legal.
