ELCEN Hires Lawyers To Assist With Split-up

Romanian state-run power producer Electrocentral Bucharest (ELCEN) has hired the local law firm Bostina si Asociatii to assist with the company’s planned division ahead of a process aimed at developing a centralized thermal energy system in Bucharest and Constanta cities.
