ELCEN Transfers Assets To 2 New Companies Ahead Of Merger With RADET

State-run electricity and thermal power producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti (ELCEN) will be split and will transfer part of the assets to two newly-established companies, Electrocentrale Constanta and Electrocentrale Titan, while the remaining company will merge with heating distributor RADET.
