Exxon, Shell And Petrom Reach Deal With Ukraine To Drill For Black Sea Gas

Ukraine said Thursday that it has reached a preliminary hydrocarbon sharing agreement with a consortium comprising oil giants ExxonMobil and Shell, Romanian OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) and Ukrainian Nadra for the exploration of the Skifski field in the Black Sea.
