ExxonMobil Ready To Spend $1B In January 2013 For Black Sea Operations

ExxonMobil, which is conducting the most extensive deepwater exploration campaign in the Black Sea ever together with OMV Petrom (SNP.RO), is expected to buy about $1 billion in equipment and services in order to drill in the Neptun block.
