Gabriel Dumitrascu To Replace Remus Vulpescu In Rompetrol Rafinare Board

The former head of Romania's industry privatization authority OPSPI, Remus Vulpescu, will be withdrawn membership in the management board of Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC.RO), and will be replaced by the institution’s current president Gabriel Dumitrascu.
