German Group Allianz Buys 30% Of Shares Of E.ON Distributie Romania

German group Allianz is acquiring a 30% stake in E.ON Distributie Romania, one of the two leading natural gas distributors on the Romanian market, and the transaction is to be completed by the end of 2016, Allianz said in a statement on Friday.
