Hidroelectrica Files Charges Against Alpiq And Energy Holding

Romanian state-owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica has started legal proceedings against energy traders Alpiq Romindustries and Energy Holding claiming “several hundred million lei” for damage caused by the below-market prices in the bilateral electricity contracts the two signed with the company.
