Hidroelectrica Goes To Court To Keep Force Majeure

Romanian hydropower producer Hidroelectrica went to court in a bid to maintain its drought-sparked force majeure status, challenging the force majeure acknowledgment withdrawal by the Chamber of Commerce and filing a criminal complaint against the Chamber’s president.
