Hidroelectrica Names New Acquisition, Logistics Manager

The legal administrator of Romania’s state-run hydropower company Hidroelectrica named Viorel Cerchez as acquisition and logistics manager of the company, after he had previously served on the same position with Tiriac Holdings.
