Hidroelectrica Seeks EUR400M Loan To Upgrade Units

Romanian state-run hydropower generator Hidroelectrica is negotiating with a large European bank a EUR400 million credit line to upgrade four of its units, the head of the company’s supervisory board said Thursday.
