Iproeb Inks EUR9M Supply Deal With Enel Distributie

Romanian cable maker Iproeb Bistrita (IPRU.RO) will supply insulated cables and electrical conductors to power distributor Enel Distributie worth around EUR9 million, the cable producer said in a statement Monday.

Iproeb will sign six separate delivery contracts with Enel Distributie, a unit of Italy's utility Enel.

Iproeb has a share capital of 14.7 million lei (EUR1=RON4.0869), split into 47.5 million shares with a face value of RON0.3.

Company shareholders include Electromontaj with a 33.24% stake and Dutch investment fund MEI Roemenie & Bulgarije with 10.37% of shares.

On the Bucharest bourse Monday, Iproeb closed down 1.74% at RON1.523 a share.
