Lukoil Romania Ups Fuel Prices By RON0.03/Liter To Match Competitors' Raises

Lukoil Romania on Monday raised its pump prices by 0.03 lei (EUR1=RON4.1084) per liter, after a RON0.06/liter increase on Friday, and matched the price hikes of its main competitors OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) and Rompetrol.

Lukoil Romania on Monday raised its pump prices by 0.03 lei (EUR1=RON4.1084) per liter, after a RON0.06/liter increase on Friday, and matched the price hikes of its main competitors OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) and Rompetrol.

Both Petrom and Rompetrol announced Friday pump price increases by RON0.09.

Thus, Lukoil now sells Ecto gasoline for RON5.78 per liter and Ecto Super Diesel fuel for RON5.68.

Euroluk 95 gasoline now costs RON5.29 per liter, while Euro L Diesel costs RON5.36 per liter.

The Lukoil group holds the Petrotel refinery in Romania, as well as a network of 300 gas stations nationwide.
