Lukoil’s Petrotel Refinery Processed 15% Lower Volumes In 2013

Ploiesti-based Petrotel refinery, owned by Russia’s oil group Lukoil, refined 1.89 million tons of oil last year, 15% fewer than in 2012, according to the reports of the company.
