Lukoil Shuts Down Romanian Refinery For Planned Overhaul

Romanian refinery Petrotel-Lukoil, a unit of Russia’s second-largest oil group Lukoil, will be shut down for a scheduled overhaul between February 20 and April 12, Lukoil said in a statement Tuesday.
