Major Power Consumers Pay 50% More For 2013 Green Certificates

The biggest electricity consumers in Romania, aluminum smelter Alro Slatina and steel plant ArcelorMittal Galati, will have to spend 177 million lei (EUR39 million) to comply with the green power certificate purchase requirements for 2013, 50% more than in 2012.
