The EUR25 million investments in biogas-fired power plants are nothing compared to the EUR4 billion attracted by wind and photovoltaic solar farms so far. However, the investments announced recently and the fact that this segment was not affected by the recent cut in state support for renewable energy producers proves this sector can become a profitable business.
