Moody’s Changes Transelectrica Rating Outlook to Positive from Stable; Affirms Ba1 Ratings

International rating agency Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the rating of Romania's national power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO) at Ba1, raising the outlook to positive from stable.
