Nuclearelectrica Seeks to Pay Dividends of RON513M

Romania's state-owned nuclear power producer Nuclearelectrica (SNN.RO) has summoned a shareholders assembly on Dec 19 to approve the distribution of nearly RON513 million as dividends.
