Nuclearelectrica To Pay EUR4M For Enel And ArcelorMittal’s Stakes In EnergoNuclear

Romanian state-run nuclear power company Nuclearelectrica (SNN.RO) must pay 18 million lei (EUR4 million) for the stakes held by Italy’s utility Enel and ArcelorMittal in EnergoNuclear, a joint venture set up to build the third and fourth reactors at the nuclear power plant in Cernavoda.
