Oil Terminal Chairman Resigns After Less Than One Month On Board

Sorin Viorel Ciutureanu, chairman of the board of Romanian oil storage and shipment firm Oil Terminal (OIL.RO), has stepped down less than a month after being appointed and has been replaced with Viorel Paul Costache, who sat on the board in 2009.
