OMV Petrom, Exxon, Sterling Resources Complete Transfer of Midia Block Portion

OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) and ExxonMobil became the titleholders for the deep water portion of the XV Midia Block, after the Romanian government approved the transfer of hydrocarbon exploration and production rights from Canadian oil and gas company Sterling Resources.
