OMV Petrom Filed Complaint With ECHR Against Romanian Courts

Romanian oil company OMV Petrom in January filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights against Romanian courts, and is involved in a number of cases that, excluding those against its employees, have a stake of around EUR300 million, 58% of last year's record profit.
