OMV Petrom To Start Work On Second Black Sea Well

OMV Petrom (SNP.RO), the largest company in Romania, will drill a second deep-water exploration well in the Romanian section of the Black Sea towards the end of the second quarter of next year. While messages of the company’s Romanian bosses are quite cautious when it comes to the offshore potential, the OMV Group says its growth strategy relies heavily on the success of Black Sea operations.
