Ponta: Romania May Ask Russian Mechel For VAT Refund

Prime Minister Victor Ponta said the Romanian Government may submit a request for value added tax refund to Russia’s steel giant Mechel and will impose tougher sanctions on private investors failing to meet their obligations.
