Remus Vulpescu Says Amicable Agreement Would Be Preferable At Rompetrol

Remus Vulpescu, former head of Romania's industry privatization authority OPSPI, freshly appointed as member of the board of directors of Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC.RO), said the government should reach an agreement with KazMunayGas, the company’s majority shareholder, on the historic debt of EUR516 million that the it has yet to recoup.
