Romania Loses Arbitration Case Against CEZ In Paris

Romania has lost the arbitration case in which it sought payment of 85 million euros from Czech energy group CEZ for alleged failure to meet obligations in the Electrica Oltenia privatization, CEZ said in a statement Thursday.
