Romania Suggests KazMunayGas To Build Chemical Plant In SE Region Of Dobrogea

The Romanian government proposed Rompetrol owner KazMunayGas to build a chemical plant in the southeastern Romanian region with the $1 billion it pledged to invest in the country, Energy minister Razvan Nicolescu said Wednesday.
