Romania To Auction 36 Licenses For Onshore, Offshore Oil Blocks

Romania’s National Mineral Resources Agency (ANRM) says it will hold a new auction for exploration, development and drilling licenses for about 28 onshore and 8 offshore oil blocks in the Black Sea region. The latest such auction was held for 30 blocks in May 2010.
