Romania To Decide On Splitting Electrica Thursday

The splitting of Romanian state-owned electricity distributor SC Electrica SA will be decided Thursday in the general shareholders’ meeting, Gabriel Dumitrascu, head of the privatization division with the Energy Department, said Wednesday at a conference organized by Ziarul Financiar.
