Romanian Power Company Oltenia Gets The Go-Ahead

Romanian Economy Ministry Tuesday approved the merger of mining company Societatea Nationala a Lignitului Oltenia (SNLO) and energy producers Turceni, Craiova and Rovinari into a single power company, called Complexul Energetic Oltenia.
