Romanians Pay More Than Most EU Citizens For Gas, Electricity

Household consumers in Romania pay twice more than their French counterparts for electricity, calculated on their purchase power, while the price of gas is nearing the EU average, using the same criteria, according to a news release issued Wednesday by EU statistics office Eurostat.
