Romgaz Extends CEO's Mandate For Four More Months

The Board of Directors of Romania’s largest natural gas producer Romgaz Medias (SNG.RO) decided in its meeting of Nov 23, 2022 to extend the mandate of Razvan Popescu as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company for another four months, from December 18, 2022 to April 18, 2023.
