Romgaz To Distribute RON604M Dividends

Romanian state-run natural gas producer and supplier Romgaz (stock symbol: SNG) has received the approval of its shareholders for the distribution of a gross dividend of RON0.1568 per share from the company's 2024 net profit and from the result carried forward, which translates into a total amount of nearly RON604 million.
