Romgaz To Seek Legal Advice to Acquire a Stake in Neptun Deep

Romania's state-owned natural gas producer Romgaz Medias (SNG.RO) has called a shareholders' meeting for March 11 to approve the acquisition of legal services in view of acquiring a participating interest in the deep-water exploration block Neptun Deep.
