Rompetrol Rafinare, KMG Companies Borrow $390M From Four Banks

Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC.RO), Rompetrol Downstream, KazMunayGas Trading AG and KMG Rompetrol, units of oil group KMG International, plan to contract a $390 million loan from lenders BCR, UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Raiffeisen and ING Bank, to refinance several loans and to fund current operations.
