Rompetrol Well Services To Pay RON0.015/Share Dividend

Rompetrol Well Services Ploiesti (PTR.RO), the oil services unit of the Rompetrol group, Friday said it will pay a gross dividend of 0.015 lei (EUR0.037) per share from last year's profit.

Thus, the company will pay total dividends of RON4.25 million, representing 29.2% of the net profit reported for 2010, worth RON14.55 million.

For 2011, the company expects a net profit of RON17.16 million, up 17.9% on the year.

Revenue is expected to rise 2.5% on the year, to RON87.04 million, while expenditure is seen down to RON66.91 million, from RON67.03 million in 2010.

This year's investment budget stands at almost $4 million.

The company has a share capital of RON27.8 million, 71.73% owned by the Rompetrol group, in turn owned by Kazakh oil and gas company KazMunayGas.

Rompetrol Well Services stock closed Wednesday at RON0.363 per unit, down 0.27% on the day. (EUR1=RON4.0744)
