RWE Gives Up SE Romania Wind Farm, After Failing To Get Permits

German utility RWE gave up building a wind farm in Dobrogea region, southeastern Romania, as it failed to obtain all the necessary construction licenses, Tuesday said Karin Canta, the group’s director for wind farm projects in the Southeastern Europe and Turkey.
