Transelectrica Appoints Interim Board Chairman

Romanian liberal MP Mircea Ciopraga was appointed member in the managing board of state-owned power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO), replacing Gheorghe Stefan who resigned, and will also take over as interim chairman of the board.
