Transelectrica Plans RON3B Investment, Will Spend Only 20% In 2015-2017

National grid company Transelectrica (TEL.RO) plans to make more than 3 billion lei (EUR678 million) investments but estimates it will spend only RON554 million in 2015-2017 as many projects are frozen due to the lack of permits or access to the sites.
