Transgaz Board Chairman Likely To Be Revoked In January

The shareholders of state-run natural gas transporter Transgaz Medias (TGN.RO) will convene in General Assembly on January 4 to discuss revoking the company’s Board Chairman Victor Alexandru Schmidt, Transgaz said in a statement Wednesday.
