Upet Borrows Funds To Finance Working Capital

Romanian oilfield equipment maker Upet Targoviste (UPET.RO) Tuesday said it will borrow $5 million from UniCredit Tiriac Bank and another EUR2.3 million from Raiffeisen Bank to finance working capital and honor outstanding contracts.
