Evergent Starts Procedure to Exit Aerostar Shareholding Structure

Alternative investment fund Evergent Investments announced it submitted at Aerostar headquarters, on March 13, 2025, the statement via which it exercises the legal right to o withdraw from its position as significant shareholder and requested the full purchase of its holding, which represents 15.14% of the share capital.
