EY: SAB Miller, KMG International And Profi, Biggest Transactions In Romania In 2016

The acquisition of SAB Miller assets, the takeover of KMG International and of Profi store chain were the three biggest transactions on the Romanian market, in 2016, worth nearly $2 billion, according to EY Romania M&A Barometer.
