Fondul Proprietatea Wants To Repurchase Shares To Reduce Its Share Capital

Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea wants to repurchase shares or global depositary receipts, accounting for 20% tops of the share capital, at a minimum price of RON0.2 and RON2 per share tops, according to the summoning the general assembly of shareholders of October 26.
