Raising Generic Drug Use From 65% To 80% Would Save EUR100M - Association

Patients and the public healthcare system would save EUR100 million a year if the use of generic medicines would increase to 80% from a current rate of 65%, Laurentiu Mihai, the Association of Generic Medicine Producers in Romania (APMGR), said Monday.
