Dr. Max, the leader of the retail pharmacy market in Czech Republic and Slovakia, is entering Romania by buying the Farmaciile Arta 31-pharmacy chain and a pharmaceutical wholesaler, a EUR5 million to EUR10 million deal, market sources say.
